Day 1
ARRIVE PARO, THIMPU, Bhutan (D)
BArrive Paro airport at (7480-ft), a beautiful terraced valley, home to many of Bhutan’s oldest temples and its only airport. Begin our scenic drive towards Thimpu (8900-ft). An orientation drive in the city and visit the Memorial Chorten.

Day 2
THIMPU (BLD)
Tour of Thimpu includes Tashichhodzong, National Library, Handicraft center, Nunnery, Takin Zoo, Folk Heritage & textile museum. This evening enjoy a traditional Bhutanese dinner.
Day 3 THIMPU - PUNAKHA (BLD)
Drive to Punakha across the Dochu La pass (10,000-ft) into Punakha Valley (4500- ft). Later tour the Punakha Dzong.

Day 4 PUNAKHA - PARO (BLD) Today we drive back to Paro. Tour of Paro Dzong and Ta Dzong National museum.
Day 5 PARO (BLD)
Drive to view the Tiger's Nest monastery and visit the Drukgyel Dzong. Your guide will try and arrange a visit to a Bhutanese farmhouse. |

Day 6
PARO (BLD)
Excursion to Haa via Chelela pass (13,000-ft), with scenic views of Mount Chomolhari and Jichu Drakey. Visit the Lhakhang Karpo and Nagpo.
Day 7
PARO - DELHI OR BANGKOK - HOMEBOUND (B)
Board homebound flights via Delhi or Bangkok |
